The first P.F. Chang’s restaurant in Ireland is set to open in Dundrum Town Centre, as part of the redevelopment of the shopping centre’s Pembroke District.
The Irish franchise for P.F. Chang’s is being handled by Sasha’s Limited. The outlet comprises of 4,620 sq ft and forms part of a wider development in the Pembroke District that will reposition existing retail units to create four new restaurants and additional leisure space. The new restaurants will sit alongside Harvey Nichols, the existing restaurants and outside dining terrace.
Other restaurants confirmed to take up residence in the Pembroke District include fast food brand Leon.
P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept founded in the US by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming. Today there are over 300 outlets in more than 25 other countries across the world. The Dundrum Town Centre unit is expected to open in the last quarter of 2019.
Simon Betty, Director of Retail for Ireland at Hammerson, joint owners of Dundrum Town Centre, said: “We’re delighted that P.F. Chang’s has chosen Dundrum Town Centre to launch its first restaurant in Ireland. It’s a special addition to the centre’s local and international food line-up, which will help establish the Pembroke District as South Dublin’s best dining destination.”
