French Marg
- 1 oz Próspero Blanco
- 1 oz Chambord
- 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice & shake vigorously for about 10 seconds, or until the shaker is cold. Pour into a Martini glass.
La Señorita
- 1.5 oz. Próspero Anejo
- 1.2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- .6 oz. Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Grenadine
- .5 oz. Agave
Method: Shake ingredients and then fine strain the cocktail over ice in a rock glass. Garnish with thyme, flowers and lime.
Big Aura
- 1.5 oz. Próspero Reposado
- .25 oz. blue curaçao
- .75 oz. pineapple juice
- .25 oz. lime juice
- .25 oz. agave simple syrup
- Pineapple slice & a mint sprig
Method: Add Próspero Reposado, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave simple syrup into a mixing tin. Shake. Pour contents into a highball or rocks glass. Garnish with a big pineapple slice and sprig of mint.
