Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Resort, Co. Wicklow, has released details a new complete wedding package for 2020.
The Perfectly Complete Package is available Sunday – Wednesday for €5,995 inclusive, based on 100 guests, and offers couples the complete wedding package. It was designed especially for couples who would like the run-up to their big day to be completely stress-free from start to finish.
As well as complimentary extras such as a wedding cake and personalised menu design, there are special additions at Tulfarris such as the Doughnut Wall in the Russborough Room – set up and dressed in artificial flowers and foliage with doughnuts sprinkled to match the wedding theme and colour.
Executive Head Chef, Eddie McDermott and his team work with ingredients sourced from Irish farmers and suppliers when possible, with wines selected from large and small vineyards around the world. Beginning with a selection of sweet treats on arrival, guests will then be treated to a personalised five course meal before finishing the evening with favourites such as margherita pizzas and homemade sausage rolls.
Tulfarris has multiple spaces, indoor and outdoor, to cater for all wedding types. Couples with larger wedding numbers can have their reception in the two main banqueting suites adjoining the Manor House; The Russborough and The Poulaphouca. Both suites are bright, spacious and have natural daylight and their own private bar area. The Poulaphouca Suite comes complete with stunning chandeliers, cream carpet and Bo-Peep lanterns.
When weather permits, the resort contains a terrace overlooking the 18th green and fairway where barbecues can be held to cater for up to 150 people.
The resort itself, set against the backdrop of the Wicklow mountains and Blessington lakes, includes a four star hotel, championship golf course, clubhouse and several restaurants and bars. The 18th century Manor House sits at the heart of the resort. Since taking ownership in 2016, Prem Group has invested €6m in refurbishments including the addition of 16 bedrooms.
