Tracey Jeffrey from Tracey’s Farmhouse Kitchen in Killinchy, Co. Down is well known for her cookery classes and food tours, but this year she has also collated Christmas hampers full of her own products and those from other local artisan producers.
“I wanted to offer a real taste of Co. Down to people across Ireland and the UK,” said Tracey.
“It has been such a difficult year and I think this Christmas more than ever, a gift of food and drink will really be appreciated by those you can’t be with in person.”
Products include smoked salmon from Marty Johnston at East Coast Seafoods, Tracey’s own fruit soda bannock mix, Abernethy butter, Tracey’s homemade sloe gin and her own jam, Armagh apple juice from the Armagh Cider Company, Tracey’s wheaten bread mix, her Christmas chutney and Cobden and Brown’s artisan dark tangerine chocolate.
The hamper costs £45 and can be deivered within Northern Ireland, the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Order online at Tracey’s website.
