Three tourism businesses from Ireland joined Tourism Ireland in Dubai at the end of February for TFest, a luxury travel festival which connects luxury travel buyers with luxury hotels and suppliers.

The three day B2B event involves ‘matchmaking’ meetings set up using artificial intelligence to help ensure the delegates meet, and connect with, more of the right people.

It also involves networking opportunities with around 250 luxury travel buyers from Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Asia and is an opportunity to meet, and do business with, buyers who design luxury travel itineraries for their high net-worth international clients.

“TFest in Dubai is an excellent platform to showcase our luxury tourism offering,” said Louise Finnegan, Tourism Ireland’s Head of Business Partnership. “The format of one-to-one appointments provides a valuable opportunity for Tourism Ireland and our partners to meet, and network with, luxury travel professionals and buyers from all over the world – ensuring Ireland is ‘top of mind’ for them in 2020 when recommending destinations to their clients.”
