Three Appointments to Adare Manor’s Culinary Team

Adare Manor has announced the the appointment of three new staff members to the hotel’s kitchen, joining the core culinary team to deliver five star meals to the resort’s guests and visiting diners.

Gavin Couper has been announced as new Director of Food and Beverage, Patrick Collins is the new Chef de Cuisine for Banqueting, and Liam Simpson has been appointed Food & Beverage Manager of The Oak Room.

Gavin Couper joins Adare Manor from One Aldwych London where he was Director of Food & Beverage, overseeing all dining outlets of the business including Eneko-Basque Kitchen & Bar, which he helped to launch in 2016 in partnership with three Michelin star chef Eneko Atxa.

A graduate of Culinary Arts from the Limerick Institute of Technology, Munster native Patrick Collins joins Adare Manor from his previous position as Head Chef of Wood and Bell Café and Restaurant in Killaloe, Co. Clare.

Finally, Scotsman Liam Simpson joins Adare Manor from his previous position as Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager at the Michelin-starred restaurant Chez Bruce in London.
