The Wild Geese Irish Whiskey has announced a new partnership for the German market with distributor Luvina Food & Beverage GmbH, owned by Markus Schobel.
The agreement with Luvina will see The Wild Geese collection of spirits expand its reach within one of the biggest import markets for Irish whiskey globally. The partnership will see Luvina carry the full range of whiskeys, gins, liqueurs and Caribbean rums. The liqueur collection will also feature the award-winning Wild Geese Honey Liqueur.
Speaking at the announcement of the new relationship, Chairman of The Wild Geese, André Levy, said: “We are delighted to be expanding our international reach further by growing our presence in the German market through our new relationship with Markus and Luvina. The prominence of Irish whiskey in Germany is also set to grow in the coming in years, and I am confident that The Wild Geese can become a market leader in the premium segment within this market and capitalise on the strength of its unique taste and the heritage associated with the brand.”

This announcement comes on the back of The Wild Geese having recently won Best Irish Whiskey Liqueur and Silver for both Best New Launch Design and Best Label Design for The Wild Geese Irish Honey Liqueur at the prestigious World Liqueur Awards.
