The Rose Hotel, Tralee, is celebrating the end of 2019 with four award wins at two different ceremonies.
At the Kerry Hospitality Awards on the 13th November in the INEC, Killarney, the team picked up three awards. The hotel’s on-site bar, Dott’s Bar, won the award for Best Casual Dining 2019, while Odran Lucey won the award for Unsung Hero 2019, and General Manager Mark Sullivan was awarded the Editor’s Choice Award 2019.
Following on from this success at the beginning of December the team at The Rose Hotel received the Best Customer Experience Award at The Kerryman Business Awards.
The four awards rounded out a successful 2019 for the hotel, which has picked up a grand total of ten awards for the year. The hotel also picked up the Best Spa Award at the Hi Style Hair & Beauty Awards, a Gold Award at the Irish Accommodation Services, Best Spa Award at the Connect Kerry Hospitality Awards, Chic Wedding Venue award at Brides of Kerry Awards, while Madeleine Doyle also received the award for Wedding Coordinator of the year. Lastly, Aisling Foley, Sales & Marketing Manager was awarded the Best in Customer Service Award at Connect Kerry Women in Business Awards 2019.
General Manager, Mark Sullivan, said: “This year was one of our most successful years for our team. We are delighted to have received these awards and it is very exciting to see our team being recognised in all areas.
