10 Fleet Street Restaurant, located in the Morgan Hotel in Dublin’s Temple Bar, has launched a new all vegan menu.
Head Chef Brian E. Meehan, who has travelled throughout Asia, Africa and Europe, has created a menu complete with a variety of healthy and flavorful vegan dishes. The vegan menu is available from 6pm – 9pm every evening.
Starters include heritage tomato salad with lavender oil, yellow pepper coulis and caper berries; and stuffed baby peppers with tomato risotto; while mains include sea salted baby kale, confit artichoke hearts and warm quinoa salad with charred baby heritage carrots, mini turnips and lemon coulis.
Three desserts are available including lemon & coconut posset; hazelnut mocha with Turkish delight sauce; and dark chocolate sacher torte.
Styled after the New York Supper Club, 10 Fleet Street Restaurant’s Art Deco design creates a welcoming environment for a refined dining experience.
