In celebration of The Ivy Dawson Street’s first St. Patrick’s Day in Dublin, the restaurant will be turning green for the weekend with a light display, cocktail and dessert.
For four days only, from Thursday 14th March to Sunday 17th March, the restaurant will be selling a bespoke dessert and cocktail in celebration of the weekend.
The Illuminated Ivy cocktail (priced €10.50) will feature Wyborowa vodka, yuzu juice, egg white and Earl Grey sake liqueur; while the Lucky Choux dessert (priced €8.75), incorporates Baileys, Guinness and coffee cream, caramel, peanut brittle and Gianduja sauce.
As well, the brasserie’s exterior will be lit up in green, creating a display for guests and passers-by to enjoy.
Jamie Belton, General Manager at The Ivy Dawson Street, said: “We are very excited about our first St. Patrick’s Day in the city. Our central location means we’ll be at the heart of the festivities and we look forward to celebrating with all our guests. St Patrick’s Day is also a personal favourite of mine and I’m looking forward to seeing other events unfold across Dublin.”
