Several Sherry Fitzgerald franchisees have brought to market ten provincal pubs across the country, with guide prices ranging from €295,000 to €950,000.

The pubs are all being sold separately, primarily by their owner operators, some of whom are retiring. The pubs are located all across the country, from Donegal to Waterford to Cork. A number of them have clear development potential.

The most valuable pub on the market is Shearman’s of Dunleer, Co. Louth, with a guide price of €950,000. The sale is being handled by SF Lannon. The pub interconnects with the EverBean Coffee House and also has two, two bedroom apartments upstairs. As well as the pub and accommodation, comprising 7,200 sq ft, the 0.5 acre town centre site also includes a 1,600 sq ft two storey stone building with significant development potential subject to planning permission.

Other pubs for sale include The Tap in Ballard Lower, Kilbride; Finín’s Restaurant and Bar in Midleton, Co. Cork; and Teach Gleann Ceo, Doochary, Co. Donegal.
