Dublin 8 distillery Stillgarden is bringing an Irish twist to the Spritz with their Summer of Spritz and the release of their Spritz Kitz.
Made using their Irish Berrissimo or O’Maro Aperitifs, the marriage of prosecco or soda water and local Irish Aperitifs makes for a refreshing summer drink to enjoy in your own back garden. The Stillgarden Irish Spritz boasts tasting notes of citrus, with berry and floral undertones.
The Stillgarden Spritz Kitz contain nearly everything you need to make an Irish Spritz – two 200ml Irish Aperitifs (Stillgarden O’Maro and Stillgarden Berrissimo), a premium soda water, glassware, recipe card and tickets for a Garden Tour at Stillgarden Distillery which comes with a welcome drink.
The Spritz Kitz are available to purchase at the Stillgarden Distillery, or via their website for €40, as well as their range of products, and are also stocked in Sweeney’s D3 in Fairview.
Kicking off their Summer of Spritz events, a Stillgarden pop-up is due to take place at Aloft Dublin on June 29th, from 6.30-9:30pm in collaboration with HotPress. There’ll be a local community focus offering a selection of exclusive Spritz, as well as an array of delicious food. In addition, Belfast natives Dea Matrona are set to perform, taking to the stage from 7:30pm. Limited free tickets are available here.
Alongside this, Stillgarden Spritz can be found on tap via WineLab at Sprezzatura’s restaurants in Camden Market and Rathmines and is also being poured in Dublin venues The Wiley Fox and Hang Dai.
