This year’s US Embassy’s Annual Economic Conference ‘Smart People for a Smart Economy’ had some of the brightest brains of the economic world in Dublin, and of course they got Smart Food from Good Food Ireland who was once again invited to fly the flag for Ireland’s top food experience.
Lunchboxes with a selection of produce from Good Food Ireland’s artisan food producers were savored, while at the same exciting the delegates with new tastes of Irish food.
Later in the evening at the US Ambassador’s Residence in the Phoenix Park was a Good Food Ireland Showcase, where delegates grazed their way around the country and experienced the taste and flavour of indigenous foods and specialty dishes of Ireland’s regions.
Chefs, food producers, farmers and fishermen afforded guests with the opportunity to meet the people behind the food and hear their stories.
Good Food Ireland represent the very best of Ireland’s hotels and restaurants that are passionately committed to using local food and what better way for international delegates to fall in love with our country than through our people and our food.
