Shelbourne Hotel Requires a Chef de Partie

The Shelbourne Hotel is seeking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie. These position focuses on supporting the day-to-day activities in the the kitchen, assisting the kitchens Sous Chefs, Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef in all areas of the kitchen including food production; purchasing and kitchen sanitation. Position assists in ensuring guest and associate satisfaction is achieved while maintaining the operating budget. Previous culinary experience as a Chef De Partie level is essential.
