The Sheen Falls Lodge is set to host a cooking demonstration at the Miele Experience Centre in Citywest, Dublin 24, this coming Tuesday, November 20th.
Chef Cormac McCreary has taken over the reins of the kitchen in the leading five star hotel in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, and he will bring his innovative style of cooking to the demo which attendees can then recreate in their own home.
Guests on the day will pick up cooking tips and learn how to make the best use of their cooking appliances to bring a professional touch to any special occasion dinner.
Sheen Falls Lodge will also be bringing along Deputy Manager Quentin Caraux, who will detail the wine pairing for each dish created. Quentin will offer a sampling from a selection of fine wines from the Sheen Falls Lodge wine cellar, itself home to over 10,000 bottles and 800 labels from 18 different countries.
In addition, guests will take home a gift of Sheen Falls Home-Smoked Salmon which is prepared in the hotel’s very own smokehouse.
The demonstration kicks off at 7pm on November 20th, with refreshments on arrival at 6.30pm. Tickets are priced at €25 each or €40 for two, and can be booked online at www.miele.ie/events.
