Michelin starred restaurant Chapter One recorded a near doubling of profits for the year ending February 2018, according to newly filed accounts.
Lindley Ltd declared accumulated profits of €490,571 - an increase of 72% compared to the same period last year when accumulated profits stood at €285,269.
The Parnell Square based restaurant is one of 13 Michelin starred restaurants on the island of Ireland and is headed up by head chef Ross Lewis, who famously cooked for the Queen of England during her visit to Ireland.
The company's cash pile also increased, going from €387,353 to €570,842. The restaurant employs 35 staff with a wage bill of €1.01m.
In 2015, Ross Lewis expanded out by opening Osteria Lucio on Dublin's Grand Canal Quay.
