Profit Jump for Dublin’s Chapter One

Chapter One restaurant enjoyed a significant accumulated profits jump during the year ending February 29th 2016, up from from €289,644 to €308,734.

Located on Parnell Square in Dublin 1, Ross Lewis’ Chapter One is one of nine Michelin starred restaurants in Ireland. Newly filed accounts by Lindley Ltd show that the business’s cash pile also jumped from €455,5389 to €622,857 during the period.

The profit is a turnaround from the previous year, when the restaurant posted a small loss of €595 during 2014.

Ross Lewis is one of Ireland’s most high profile chefs, and famously led the team that cooked for Queen Elizabeth II at a State banquet at Dublin Castle during the Queen’s State visit in 2011.
