The theme of this year’s Hospitality Expo is ‘preparing the hospitality industry for the next generation of customer’. Whether this is by adopting new technology or renewing premises through design and fit out, offering new food and beverage options or revamping bar and catering equipment, we are showcasing ideas to hospitality business owners who are looking to invest in their businesses to attract the next generation of customers.

To address the theme and associated challenges, we will be running three seminars over two days!

For hotels, in line with this theme, Mark Nolan, CEO of Dromoland Castle, will be giving a keynote presentation at the Hospitality Summit looking at how traditional hospitality venues can connect with new and younger clientele.

For pubs, the LVA will be running a separate conference for publicans, the LVA Pub Forum, focusing on product, theme nights and events, technology and catering while the VFI will be promoting the event to their members throughout the country.

Meanwhile, for restaurants we will be hosting the Synergy Pro Chef Forum, a specially designed conference for culinary professionals. The Forum will explore the business of being a head chef and managing a successful kitchen. Top chefs and industry professionals will be discussing the key issues and challenges facing kitchen professionals today and exploring the skills and solutions needed to overcome them.

The show will gather 3000+ owners, general manager and operators of hotels, restaurants and pubs from the whole island of Ireland over two days in the RDS on the 6th & 7th of February,
