It’s a new year and one thing we’re certainly bringing with us from 2021 is amazing cocktails and ingredients used to make them.

With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, Monkey 47 has released some exciting new cocktail ideas to awaken the senses.

Scarlett’s Bee’s Knees uses Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut 2021, a special release with just 4,000 bottles available. This year, Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut includes “scarlet monarda” which adds a touch of spiciness with notes of herbs and citrus. This bottle is available for a limited time on ReserveBar.

The Audrey 47, Gin Daisy, and Pink Lady cocktails use regular Monkey 47 Dry Gin which is an aromatic blend of 47 botanicals from Germany’s Black Forest and India.
