Harvey’s Point Hotel at Lough Eske, Donegal, has announced the appointment of Colin Bradley as Head Chef.

After his culinary qualification at Cathal Brugha College, Dublin, Colin began working in some of the highest profile kitchens in Ireland including the Newpark Hotel in Kilkenny, and the Savoy in London.

After a  stint at Jurys Hotel Kensington, his travels took him to the Channel Islands and Head Chef at the highly regarded private club, The Victoria in St. Helier. Famous restaurants like Kitty Kelly’s were a high point and his skills earned it an international reputation. He helped secure a No 1 best Gastro Pub Award for The Thatch in Glenties and he also did a term at the Donegal hotel, The Shandon.

Colin also managed to do an additional degree in advanced pastry at the Catering College in Killybegs.

He joined Harvey’s Point several years ago and learned the ropes under the guidance of Head Chef Chris Mc Menamin and now as fate decrees, he is returning in that very same role.
