Specialist coffee roaster Matthew Algie is preparing for the coming colder months with its soon to be launched 2017 Espresso Warehouse winter range.

From tea and hot chocolate to snacks, syrups and coffee bar kit, Espresso Warehouse supplies ‘everything but the coffee’ to operators and distributors across Europe. The latest range is set to launch on 1st September and features a host of brand new drinks, snacks and barista kit items.

Joining the Espresso Warehouse range is luxury hot chocolate brand Hasslacher’s, which is offering Columbian cacao (100% cacao buttons designed to be melted with milk to create a hot chocolate drink) and Organic Panela (an alternative to sugar which has a caramel flavour and is high in minerals and vitamins).

The winter range also includes new kit to showcase Hasslacher’s hot chocolate, single-serve filter coffees and other artisanal serves. A new Espresso Warehouse Bamboo Drink Tray will be available, while a new flip-top glass jar is perfect for serving panela or toppings in small quantities.

The latest Espresso Warehouse line-up also showcases six winter recipes, including Salted Caramel Fudge Latte and Tiramisu Mocha, along with all the ingredients and kit needed to make them. Each recipe has been created to drive seasonal spend and all come with point of sale. New syrups include Da Vinci Syrup flavours Toasted Marshmallow, Amaretto and Mulled Spice.

A selection of Suki’s popular loose leaf pyramids are now available in envelopes. Operators can choose between a single-flavour supply or a mixed pack containing eight pyramids of each of the six flavours. Two new Stump Teapots, in mandarin and grey, have also been added to the Suki range.

In snacks, vegetable crisps join the Brown Bag Crisps range.

Andrew Jack, Marketing Director at Matthew Algie, commented: “Winter is a key selling period for the coffee shop market and, in order to stand out against the competition, it’s crucial that operators are armed with the tools and the inspiration they need to attract and excite customers. Our winter Espresso Warehouse range is brimming with fantastic new products and recipe ideas that tap into key consumer trends, designed to help operators boost sales and improve margins.”
