Galway’s Massimo has teamed up with local catering and events company The Works, to curate a brand new menu at the popular West End bar.
The new menu features dishes such as The Massimo beef burger served on a brioche bun with chipotle mayo, maple bacon, Irish cheddar & fries; a 10oz rib eye steak with tobacco onions, parsnip cream & bearnaise sauce; and tempura battered hake with tartare sauce, minted peas and fries.
A small plates menu has also been introduced, such as karaage chicken with sriracha mayo and house pickles; miso glazed braised pork belly with steamed bao, kimchi and pickles; and Moroccan flat bread with avocado hummus, roast beets, pomegranate, organic leaves & herb oil. For desserts, diners can choose milk & cookies, orange churros and lemon financier.
Speaking about the new menu, Malachy Duggan, Massimo, said: “This new collaboration is something the team at Massimo is really excited about. It’s always great when you get to work alongside people who are as passionate about food and customer service as we are.
“We’re delighted to have The Works on board, serving this great new menu in our welcoming and relaxed environment and look forward to hearing what our customers think.”
Open seven days a week, the new menu is available from 5pm – 10pm, Monday to Friday, as well as throughout the weekend from 12pm – 10pm.
