Love is in the air – and in your glass.
This Valentine’s Day spice up your holiday with a roasty Del Maguey Mezcal cocktail or a Beefeater Pomegranate Negroni.  It’s time to ditch the flowers and chocolate and give people what they really want – great cocktails.
While we can celebrate love any day of the year, February 14th is the perfect date to wine and dine your loved one with a festive drink like the Call Ron Cooper. Del Maguey San Luis Del Rio has a spicy, fruity, and smoky nose with a high note of citrus that goes hand in hand with the sweet tastes of Velvet Falernum Liqueur and agave nectar – sure to really set the mood.
More of a gin person? Take a twist on the trending negroni – sbagliato – with prosecco by making a Beefeater Pomegranate Negroni. The London dry gin made with big juniper character and strong citrus notes pairs perfectly with the pomegranate making anyone drinking it swoon.
Ron Call Cooper
Ingredients:
  • 1-3⁄4 parts blanco tequila
  • 1 part Del Maguey San Luis del Río Single Village Mezcal
  • 1 part Velvet Falernum Liqueur
  • 1⁄2 part freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
Method: Combine all the ingredients in a highball glass, and then fill it nearly halfway with crushed ice. Using a swizzle stick, swizzle the drink to chill. Top off with more crushed ice and garnish absurdly.
Pomegranate Negroni
Ingredients:
  • 1 part Beefeater London Dry Gin
  • 3/4 part Campari
  • 1/4 part Lillet Blanc
  • Splash of pomegranate juice
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
Method: Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice, then stir until chilled. Once the cocktail is cool, strain into glass and add ice and finally garnish with an orange twist.
