Pakistani and Eastern cuisine restaurant business Kinara Group is celebrating 20 years this month across their three restaurants; Kinara Kitchen Ranelagh, Kinara Clontarf and Kajjal Malahide.

To mark this occasion, Kinara Group will be treating customers to surprise giveaways to thank them for their support over the years.

Kinara Group was founded by Sean Collender and Shoaib Yunus in 2001. Their menu has changed over the years but favourites like Makanwala Murghi and Murgh Tikka Masala or Kinara Group’s Lamb Biryani and Palak Paneer have remained a constant.

Their desire to support those within their community resulted in an ongoing partnership with Tasnuva Shamin Foundation Ireland, a non profit for those experiencing homelessness. Since 2015, Kinara Group has supplied 200 hot meals every Friday night outside the GPO.

In 2020, Kinara Group was one of the first restaurants to set up a food collection service to not only support their staff but also provide customers with food to be enjoyed from the comfort of their homes.

Speaking of the milestone, Co-Owners Sean Collender and Shoaib Yunus said: “We would like to thank all our staff and those that were part of our team over the last 20 years in particular our General Manager Khalfan and our Executive Head chef Monty, for their passion, loyalty and dedication to excellence. The past 2 decades have undoubtedly had their challenges but we are so proud of what we and our team have achieved. We still have so many ambitions and look forward to bringing our wonderful customers along with us on our forward journey.”

Kinara Group is open once again for both indoor and outdoor dining across all three restaurants Wednesday – Sunday each week.
