Meat supplier Kepak has launched a new slow cooked range of products for the bar and hospitality trades, created in partnership with Guinness.

The new products, some of which have been created using the stout, were on display at this year’s Hospitality Expo, which took place on February 6th & 7th. This is Kepak’s first major foray into the pub and hospitality sectors.

The range was created after an independent review by Kepak of bars in the greater Dublin area revealed pub owners believe food is the second most profitable part of their business. According to Euromonitor International 2017, by Mintel, Bord Bia & Technomic, pubs have 17% of the foodservice market within the Island of Ireland.
