Kepak has announced the launch of its new Butcher Prime Certified Irish Angus Beef Range with wholesale supplier Musgrave MarketPlace.

As part of the partnership, the Butcher Prime Certified Irish Angus Beef Range will be supplied to the restaurant trade.

The Butcher Prime Certified Irish Angus Beef Range is renowned for higher levels of marbling which deliver superior taste, succulence and flavour. It is hand selected, hip hung and matured for 21 days.

In addition, The Butcher Prime Irish Angus Beef is accredited by the Certified Irish Angus Producer Group which ensures the quality and consistency of the beef and is guaranteed 100% Irish Angus beef through DNA traceability. It is also 100% Bord Bia Quality Assured and sourced from local Kepak suppliers nationwide.

This new offering marks almost 20 years of Kepak supplying its sustainable Irish beef products to Musgrave MarketPlace, including Butcher Select Brand, Butchers Prime Brand and Simply Meat Brand.
