Java Republic has announced its acquisition in full of The Island Beverage Company, Java Republic’s exclusive Distributor in the South West.
The deal will see the existing management team and all employees join Java Republic and continue working with customers in the South West.
Established 16 years ago, The Island Beverage Company employs 8 people in the South West with its headquarters in Bandon. Led by Kieran White, The Island Beverage Company is the exclusive distributor of Java Republic in the South West for Cork, Kerry and West Limerick regions.
Since May 2019, Java Republic has owned by Cafento, one of Spain’s largest coffee companies.

Founded more than 20 years ago, Java Republic supplies coffee to over 1,200 of the country’s most high-profile offices, hotel groups, cafés and corporate catering services.
