Gourmet Food Parlour Launches Tapas Menu

Restaurant & catering group Gourmet Food Parlour (GFP) has launched a new tapas menu in their Dun Laoghaire restaurant, which includes a range of small plates, large plates, as well as sides and desserts.

The selection of small plates includes:

  • Slow roast sticky pork belly, crisp pancetta, orange carrot purée, caramelised apple
  • Clonakilty black pudding, pan fried scallops, minted pea purée
  • Slow roast lamb, spiced couscous, beetroot & goats cheese puree

The selection of large plates includes:

  • 10oz rib-eye steak, grilled asparagus, rosemary truffle fries – choice of garlic butter or pink peppercorn sauce
  • Irish beef burger, streaky hickory bacon, smoked applewood, baby pickled gherkin, tomato relish, fries

Speaking about the new menu, Gourmet Food Parlour Director Lorraine Heskin said: “We’ve revisited old favourites and combined them with seasonality ingredients in mind to bring the freshest selection to the table. The idea of tapas for us, is for our customers to try small portions of lots of different things so they can experience more flavours and choice with every bite.”
