Gourmet Food Parlour (GFP) has launched a new seasonal evening and early bird menu across its chain of Dublin restaurants.
The new menu features both large and small plates and has been assembled with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. In keeping with their popular tapas plates, GFP has added new large plate options, including:
Duck Confit with caramelised apple glaze & horseradish mash, braised pickled red cabbage
Pan fried chicken, chorizo mash, edamame beans, lemon & caper butter
Vegan platter: three bean burger, black eyed pea hummus, spiced lentils, crispy kale, roast peppers, pimento & garlic olives
To compliment the menu, GFP also offers a range of wines and cocktails.
The new early bird menu is available all evening in the Dun Laoghaire and Santry restaurants on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, and between 5pm and 7pm on Friday and Saturday. It can also be found in the Swords branch on Wednesdays and Thursdays and at the same times on Friday and Saturday. The offer includes two courses and a glass of wine for €23 per person.
Gourmet Food Parlour Managing Director Lorraine Heskin said: “Our new menu brings our customers a selection of creative dishes alongside the true classics that have always been firm favourites! We’ve revisited old favourites and combined them with seasonal ingredients to bring the freshest selection to the table.
Customers can choose between our delicious tapas, which can be eaten as both a starter or main course, or our new larger plates. The menu is comprised of the same fresh and local ingredients, delivering the flavours that our customers know and love!”
