On demand, temporary hospitality staffing platform Get the Shifts has been purchased by Irish recruitment company, FRS Recruitment. FRS will use the acquisition to further grow its market share of the temporary staffing market in Ireland and to expand into international markets.

Get the Shifts provides on demand temporary hospitality, retail and marketing personnel. They deliver high quality, experienced staff to their clients for shifts, ranging from 1 to 500 staff at a time to some of Ireland’s best known brands.

Their service can be accessed through the platform from a mobile or desktop device 24/7 and staff can be supplied with as little as 3 hours’ notice.

FRS Recruitment is one of the leading recruitment businesses operating in Ireland. They have 10 offices nationwide, with locations in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Tipperary, Limerick, Kerry, Kilkenny, Offaly, Cavan and Roscommon. A 100% Irish business, FRS Recruitment is part of the FRS Network.

Under the terms of the deal, Get the Shifts will become a division of FRS Recruitment, utilising the shared services, reach and resources of the social enterprise co-operative, FRS Network. All staff working for Get the Shifts will join the FRS Recruitment team, with Hannah Wrixon becoming General Manager of Get the Shifts.
