To celebrate World Gin Day, taking place on Saturday, June 11th, Galgorm has created a summer cocktail that adds a twist to the Cosmopolitan.
With one of the most extensive gin menus in the country, Galgorm’s mixologists have created a bespoke cocktail using Bombay Sapphire gin complimented by an array of fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Galgorm’s Gin Cosmopolitan
Ingredients
- 35ml Bombay Premier Cru
- 15ml Cointreau
- 10ml Homemade nettle cordial
- 20ml Fresh lemon juice
- 50ml Cranberry juice
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds
- Finely strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with orange peel to serve
