Stillgarden, the Dublin 8 distillery, is inviting fans to enjoy The Summer of Spritz.
Think Spritz events at the Stillgarden garden terrace, make and taste experiences, pop up bars, garden spritz packs and two new Stillgarden Spritz drinks.
Made using either their Irish Berrissimo, topped with prosecco and soda water, or their O’Maro with soda water and both served over ice and garnished with an orange wedge, the Stillgarden Spritz is the ultimate aperitif. Created using a mix of locally sourced and foraged ingredients, both spirits have a berry sweetness with floral afternotes.
To launch the Summer of Spritz, Stillgarden is set to organise multiple pop-ups throughout the summer in Dublin, with their spritz already being served via Winelab taps in Sprezzatura’s restaurants in Rathmines and Camden Market. On top of that, Stillgarden is due to launch their Spritz Kitz in June so consumers can enjoy the Summer of Spritz in their back gardens.
The drink will be available to try at Bloom from the 2nd to the 6th of June in Phoenix Park. Both Stillgarden’s O’Maro and Berrissimo Spritz Aperitif are available to purchase at the distillery or directly from their website with 700ml Berrissimo for €25 and O’Maro for €33.
Despite their growth since launching in 2020, community remains an integral part of the Stillgarden Distillery ethos, collaborating with local entrepreneurs and creating dialogue with their own locality through their community garden, an initiative that has been awarded for the past two years by the Dublin City Council.
