Killarney Hotels Collection has announced an increase of its employee benefits, effective as of 1st August 2022.

As part of the enhanced benefits package, the company Family Leave Policy has been extended to include payment for employees who are on maternity, adoptive and paternity leave, something that is not legally required in Ireland.

The new benefit will see payment from the company for the full maternity, adoptive and paternal leave periods. The expanded family leave policy joins the list of benefits the company already offers to employees including an industry leading pension scheme, DIS benefit, onsite staff accommodation, a dedicated in house employee restaurant, employee discounts and more.

Commenting on the addition of the new employee benefits, Michael Brennan, Managing Director of Killarney Hotels Collection said; “At Killarney Hotels Collection, we want to support our employees so they can spend more time with their newborn. By enhancing our benefits we hope to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.”

The Killarney Hotels Collection consists of The Europe Hotel & Resort, The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens, and Ard na Sidhe Country House.
