Dublin Hangover Service to Launch in Dublin

Breakfast rolls on demand?

Everyone knows the drill – a few glasses of Terra do Lobo 2010 too many, a late night of homemade Moscow mule buck cocktails, a celebratory opening of Teeling’s Silver Reserve 21 Year-Old Single Malt (or indeed a mixture of all three), and Saturday morning hits you with a bang.  Or, perhaps, a continuous, deep thud.

Well, no matter as The Dublin Hangover Service will shortly be up and running to cure sore heads around the city.  The idea in itself is quite simple – delivery of fast food, breakfast rolls, chocolate bars, cigarettes and so on, direct to your door, for a delivery charge of €5.  Deliveries will be made on Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons and a trial weekend will be held in mid July, with initial coverage of the Dundrum area of Dublin.

Having achieved some 28,000 ‘likes’ on Facebook within a week of going live, there’s certainly a buzz online about this idea.

And, yes, an app is in development.  More info can be found here.
