Diageo has announced a new festival series for Dublin, bringing together Guinness with a live fire cooking element.
Curated by Ali Dunworth, Guinness 232°C will see Bia Rebel, Grálinn and La Cocina Cuevas take up residency in one of three Dublin bars, to cook chicken, beef and pork over live fire. The name of the series is derived from the temperature barley is roasted before it is brewed to produce Guinness.

There will also be live music on each weekend, including reggae duo Mercy &; Pablo Santos, Woweembeem, Sally Cinnamon, and Hayley Disco Medusa.
