On Friday 9th October, Dublin’s Brioche Restaurant will be hosting a special evening dedicated to a now iconic Irish beef breed: the Dexter.
A seven course tasting menu will be served showcasing Dexter beef in a versatile range of dishes, prepared from a whole carcass that has been hung and dry aged for 28 days by the Dills in Kerrykeal.
Tickets for the evening at priced at €65 per person for a seven course tasting menu; there is an option for matched wines at €35 per person. There are limited places on the evening.
