The property that houses Delahunt Restaurant at 39 Camden Street, Dublin 2, has been put for sale by agents CBRE with a guide price of €2.2m.

Delahunt has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand every year since opening in 2016. The restaurant made headlines around the world when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had lunch ther in July 2018.

The ground and first floor are currently leased to Delahunt on a new ten year lease, while the second and third floors comprise a studio and two bed apartment which are being offered with vacant posession. The current tenant is unaffected by the sale.

The property benefits from its location at the heart of one of Dublin’s most vibrant streets, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bars and hotels. The area is well served with public transport and a nearby Luas stop.

There is a projected total income of €160,000, providing a yield of 6.61%.

We expect there to be particular interest in both this, and the opportunity to drive rental income through the leasing of the residential units.”
