Limerick’s Copia Green has announced a new special offer for the month of January called Healthy Hour, where customers can avail of a 30% discount on selected breakfast dishes.
Healthy Hour will run every day from 7.30am – 8.30am and dishes available as part of the promotion include fig, baked banana & coconut activated oat porridge; granola bowl; and all freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. The offer applies to both eat in and take out.
As well, the café has launched two new health and nutrition workshops for 2019; Namaste & Nourish (Saturday 2nd Feb) and Pilates Brunch Club (Sunday 24th Feb).
Namaste & Nourish – Saturday 2nd February (10am – 12pm)
This session will comprise of a one hour yoga class (all levels welcome) with Maggie May (Yoga Life Limerick), followed by an hour-long discussion and Q&A hosted by Noelle Crehan (Nourish with Noelle) about how you can support your mood with food and explores the relationship between how you feel and what you eat. Participants will end the morning with a two course brunch. The cost per person is €40.
Pilates Brunch Club – Sunday 24th February (10am – 12pm)
Run by qualified pilates instructor and physical therapist, Colm Hanley, this hour long mat pilates class (all levels welcome) will help to prevent injury, and improve rehabilitation and posture. Participants will finish up with a two course brunch. The cost per person is €30.
