Given up on ‘Dry January’? Why not ‘Try Ginuary’ instead and enjoy the Connacht Distillery’s latest creation – Conncullin Port Cask Aged Irish Gin (€45.99 / 70cl).

A limited release of just 2,100 bottles, the gin has been handcrafted at the Connacht Distillery in Ballina. Co. Mayo and is a must for gin aficionados.

Pushing the boundaries and providing a twist on the award-winning Conncullin Irish Gin, the gin has been aged in port casks, giving it a distinct and complex flavour profile.

Boasting a flavour profile of juniper-forward gin with a light floral note, complemented by the sweetness of white grapes and honey on the finish. The elderberry flower and hawthorn berry botanicals of Conncullin are beautifully balanced by the port cask’s contribution.

The latest addition to Connacht Distillery’s growing range of premium spirits, which includes Connacht Single Malt Batch 1, Straw Boys Irish Vodka and Straw Boys Single Grain Irish Whiskey, Conncullin Port Cask Aged Irish Gin is available for €45.99 / 70 from select retailers and online at www.connachtwhiskey.com

Try it on the rocks, in a classic gin and tonic, or in your favourite cocktails for a unique twist.
