BuJo’s culinary director, Gráinne O’Keefe, has teamed up with Munster, Ireland, British & Irish Lions rugby legend Conor Murray to create the next limited edition burger at BuJo.
Conor’s inspiration is to celebrate artisanal ingredients from Munster, his home province. Conor is an avid BBQ enthusiast and has perfected his perfect BuJo burger at home over lockdown and prior to his departure to South Africa on the Lions Tour where he is team captain.
His burger includes the internationally renowned Sneem black pudding, only made in Sneem, Co. Kerry, and Cahill’s Farmhouse Cheese chive cheddar from his home county of Limerick.
The Conor Murray Limited Edition burger combines BuJo’s grass fed, chargrilled premium beef, sourced from Bord Bia Quality Assured & Origin Green Irish family farms, with Co. Limerick’s Cahill Farmhouse chive cheddar cheese, Peter O’Sullivan’s award-winning Sneem black pudding, Tipperary’s Three Men in a Trailer smoked ketchup, fresh Irish baby gem and topped with sweet balsamic glazed caramelised onions.
The burger will be available to order from both BuJo Sandymount & BuJo Castleknock for take-out from Wednesday 7th July for a limited time only.
