Bresson, based in Monkstown in Dublin, has announced the first in a series of guest chef events that will be taking place at the restaurant.
On the evening of Thursday October 4th, Robin Gill will be presenting to guests a six course meal rooted in Italian cuisine. This will be the latest guest appearance in Dublin for the London based Irish chef after recent events at Glover Alley, Chapter One and The Airfield Estate.
Dishes on the evening include an Antipasti of Panzarotti, Agnolotti pasta, hand-dived scallops, roast rack of veal, a cheese course and the menu concludes with a fig panna cotta. Robin will be sourcing some of the produce from his own London restaurants.
Wines selected by Bresson’s sommelier, Kaie Hildrum, and Simon Tyrell of Tindell wines, will be equal to the food. Guests have the option to choose wines by the glass matched to each course.
The evening is priced at €85 per person for the menu and the option of match wines by the course is at an additional €65 per person.
Bresson’s owners, Temple Garner and Conor Kavanagh, are delighted to have secured Robin for this very special evening and have several more events pencilled in for the future. For bookings, contact the restaurant directly on 01 284 4286.
