Beyond the Bean has released the dates of its six upcoming autumn / winter 2019 BTBootcamps, where attendees will learn about current trends and receive guidance on creating seasonal menus.

Now in their fifth year, BTBootcamps are open to industry professionals who can book their places for free online via Eventbrite.

Starting in mid-August through September, the four hour training sessions will take place at Beyond the Bean’s HQ in Bristol, as well as locations in London, Leeds and Coventry.

The training sessions have been created to take the work out of developing fresh seasonal drinks whilst showcasing the new products created by Beyond the Bean.

The events have become an essential tool utilised by coffee shops and catering businesses around the UK, helping prepare for seasonal shifts in menus.

The full range of products from Sweetbird, Zuma and Cosy are tested before launch to create new drinks made with a balance of flavours, in the most cost effective way. The learning from this research and development process is shared at BTBootcamps.
