There are a number of Irish Craft Lagers on the market these days and only a few of them stand out. Porterhouse: Hersbrucker and 8 Degrees: Barefoot Bohemian Pilsner would be two of the best but they all share the pale European lager style.
Kill lager is different. It’s a Vienna style lager and one of the best examples outside of Austria. It’s a bigger bodied beer than your average lager with a slightly sweet cake like body but also, the refreshing clean crisp bite you expect from a good lager. An outstanding beer at any time of the year.
