Ballymaloe Foods are proud to announce that their Great Taste award-winning Mayo is now available as part of their mini jar range in a handy 30g portion.
Their mayonnaise is made to a traditional family recipe using Irish free-range eggs, cracked black pepper and extra virgin olive oil. The rest of the mini jar range (all 35g) comprises Ballymaloe Mint Jelly, Cranberry Sauce, Steak Sauce (with Dungarvan Irish Stout), Pepper Relish and, of course, the renowned Ballymaloe Original Relish. The glass jars & lids are fully and easily recyclable, making them a great option for foodservice businesses that are conscious of reducing waste.

Yasmin – a daughter of Ireland’s first Michelin-starred female chef Myrtle Allen, and her husband, Ivan – grew up in Ballymaloe House, surrounded by good food. In fact, it was with a recipe for her mother’s tomato relish that she happened upon an idea for a business that she could run from home, while rearing her four young children.
Today, Ballymaloe Foods is still family-owned, with Yasmin working alongside her daughters Maxine & Rose and son, Sean. The company employs more than 30 people and has a range of over 20 products in various sizes and formats, which are sold to retail and foodservice customers both in Ireland and around the world.
