Asparagus on the Menu at InterContinental Dublin

Asparagus will soon be on the menu for a short period of time at the five star InterContinental Dublin, with special seasonal menus being prepared to make the most of the Irish growing season.

From 12th – 20th May, InterContinental Dublin’s Executive Chef Alberto Rossi will be taking advantage of Irish asparagus sourced from Drummond House in Baltray, Co. Louth, incorporating it into once-off menus served in the Lobby Lounge and Seasons Restaurant.

Guests can choose from dishes including Drummond House asparagus with truffled egg ravioli, or Irish salmon with white asparagus, followed by a 6oz Irish beef fillet with grilled asparagus, sautéed morels and potato terrine in a Béarnaise sauce, or John Dory with grilled radicchio and wild asparagus.
