Dublin’s Asador restaurant is set to open a second location in Clontarf this coming summer.

Prado will carry all the hallmarks of their flagship restaurant on Haddington road, with an emphasis on live fire BBQ cooking and high quality meats.

A new summer BBQ Bites menu has been launched at Asador, devised by chef Florin Vasilache, that guests can enjoy in the south facing terrace. The menu includes favourites such as prawn pil pil, BBQ octopus and chicken wings. A vintage Whispering Angel rose has been brought to the menu to compliment the brighter evenings.

The space at The terrace can also be booked exclusively and caters for up to 60 people, from corporate events and product launches to small weddings and parties.
