A Year of Growth as the Industry Consolidates

The past 12 months has seen Food for Thought – continue to grow its market leading position, while the industry consolidates through numerous high profile mergers and takeovers.

In September 2017, Kilcullen Kapital Partners (headed up by serial entrepreneur Enda O’Coineen) made a significant investment in Food for Thought – Following this we were delighted to become the Official Publication of the Restaurants Association of Ireland, a relationship that has been hugely positive for our readership and our commercial partners and advertisers.

We continue to work ever closer with our sister business, the newly renamed Irish Hospitality Global (formerly Irish Pubs Global). We congratulate them on the name change and look forward to forging improved international links in the year ahead.

2019 will see the launch of an international edition of our publication, aimed at the sizeable Irish Hospitality Global membership base. Please contact us for early preferential rates as we prepare this new venture.

The Food for Thought – magazine is now widely available in all good newsagents and we continue to send over 4,000 copies a month (ABC pending) to our existing database of Irish food, drinks and hospitality businesses, as well as to all 2,500 members of the Restaurants Association of Ireland.

We take this opportunity to wish all our readers and commercial partners and advertisers our thanks for their continued support of our endeavours, and wish our existing and future partners the very best for the year ahead.
