We now have an exciting opportunity to work as a Sous Chef, with a team of talented chefs. Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie (min 3 years) in a 5 star hotel or similar upmarket kitchen is essential. Attention to detail & organisational skills are key requirements for this position. Applicants must have HACCP knowledge.
