It will provide information on current and developing innovations for use by the food industry and at the same time, outline the regulatory hurdles that will be encountered before new products or processes reach the EU market.
Topics covered will include New Foods and New Food Ingredients, New Food Processing Technologies, and Food Packaging and Food Contact Materials.
Presentations by industry speakers will be followed by speakers from the FSAI who will detail the regulatory requirements in the various fields of food innovation and time will be allowed for questions, answers and related discussions.
