Wicklow-based Gelndalough Distillery has released a new gin, the latest in its continuing line of seasonal gins.
Bottled at 41% ABV and priced at €35 RSP, Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin is presented in the distillery’s distinctive packaging complete with the outstretched figure of St Kevin.
The newest addition to the distillery’s gin collection was launched at an exclusive party at JT Pimms in Dublin on Tuesday 31st January, where guests sipped the gin with Poachers Tonic along with a selection of venison and pork belly canapés.
Guests included Brian O’Driscoll and Amy Huberman, who both popped in to sample first hand the distillery’s newest creation.
Glendalough’s gin releases are flavoured with fresh wild botanicals, sustainably sourced by Geraldine Kavanagh in the mountains near to the distillery and produced in small 250 litre batches.
